Live View

This page describes how to view the live light sensor data in the SCANNER application.

You can see a live stream of the sensor's data when Continuous mode is ON and you start the stream by pressing the grey Play/Start button in the center of the bottom menu.

To save a measurement simply press the red Stop button, then the Save icon at bottom right.

The time for each measurement is based on the Frame Average. The default Frame Average value of 20 provides a good balance of averaging measurements and a fast response between scans. Adjusting the Frame Average value to a smaller value, for example 10, will average less frames and make it more responsive. Increasing the Frame Average value will slow down the responsiveness but could improve the result by averaging more measurements.
